The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development stressed that all establishments must adhere to the mandatory issuance of work regulations through the “Qiwa” platform.
The ministry said that the service of approving regulations aims to regulate the work environments of establishments, and reduce labor disputes that may arise between the worker and his establishment, so that each of them is aware of his rights, obligations and duties.
She indicated that there are two types of model and customized work organization regulations, indicating that the model regulations are those that are in accordance with the unified model of the work organization regulation and that do not require approvals and can be issued and approved “immediately” through the Qiwa platform, provided that the number of employees at the facility is less than 50 factor, and establishments can make simple amendments to the regulation, such as the number of vacation days – the calendar used – working days, and follow the required steps until approved, and an electronic certificate is issued to that.
She added that the assigned regulations are binding on establishments with 50 or more workers, and establishments may include additional terms, conditions and conditions on them; Such as the system of bonuses, annual increases, violations, or any other provisions, in a manner that does not conflict with the provisions of the Labor Law and its Executive Regulations and the decisions issued in implementation thereof. The allocated regulations are reviewed by law firms or law firms accredited by the Ministry to ensure that they are free of any conflict with the provisions of the Labor Law and its Executive Regulations. And the decisions issued in implementation thereof, and then ratified and submitted to the Ministry for approval in accordance with the procedures followed for that.
