It was 11:35 p.m. on Saturday evening when a traveler, named “D”, assaulted a train attendant.
A 23-year-old young man was traveling on the Flémalle-Liège train when the train attendant asked him for his transport ticket. Without answer, the agent asked him to present his identity card but the traveler refused. The situation has, one imagines, quickly worsened since the traveler will strike the guide who has 8 days of incapacity for work.
The young man is the subject of an accelerated citation before the Criminal Court for rebellion.
