Salmon salad with rice, vegetables and fruits is a delicious food that contains a lot of vitamins and minerals, and it is easy and quick to prepare.
In this article, we present a unique way to prepare this recipe:
1 cup sushi rice or Egyptian rice
Two and a half cups of water
¼ cup rice vinegar
Two teaspoons of sugar
Half a teaspoon of salt

In a saucepan on the stove, put the sushi rice and add water to it.
After the water boils, we leave it on the fire for 20 minutes and then spread it in a tray until it cools.
In another pot on the fire, put the rice vinegar with sugar and salt and mix it well until the sugar dissolves, then put it on the rice following it cools down, and cover the rice with a damp cloth.
In a clean bowl, put the teriyaki sauce, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce and sesame oil, and mix them together.
In a serving bowl, put the rice, then mix the salmon cubes with the sauce and put it on the rice and add the mango pieces, avocado, edamame, nigella and sesame until ready to serve.
