About 110 students from the Juana de Asbaje secondary school, in the municipality of Bochil, located in northern Chiapas, were intoxicated, presumably by ingesting cocaine, various sources reported.
A video broadcast on social networks shows the desperation of parents for their children, who are disoriented and nervous, as part of the intoxication.
“Make way, make way,” says staff at the place where they care for victims.
The young people wear their school uniform and are transferred by paramedics, amid the desperation of their parents.

They demand that coca intoxication be investigated in secondary schools in Chiapas
The Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) reported that, until 11:00 p.m. this Friday, in its rural hospital in Bochil, 56 stable students were being treated. However, some more were transferred to private clinics.
One more student is delicate, so he was transferred to the General Hospital of Zone number 2 in Tuxtla Gutiérrez.
For their part, residents of Bochil indicated that the intoxicated students, from the evening shift, had nausea, headache, sweating, stomach pain and fainting, for which they were admitted to the IMSS hospital and to private clinics.

The mothers and fathers of the family said that until midnight they did not have the exact and certain information regarding the causes of the intoxication, because the authorities were carrying out the investigations.
Last night the school was occupied by a group of fathers, mothers and other relatives, to demand that an investigation be carried out because the massive poisoning occurred at the Juana de Asbaje secondary school.
