The artist Mohy Ismail surprised the artist Mahmoud Hemida during the opening ceremony of the 38th session of the Alexandria International Film Festival for Mediterranean Countries, the session that carried the star Mahmoud Hemida during his presentation.

The ceremony began with the operetta “Laughter from the Heart”, an idea and directed by Mohamed Morsi, poems by Dr. Mohamed Mukhaimer, composed and arranged by Mohamed Shehata, show design by Mohamed Mizo, film and graphic material by Mohamed Al-Mamouni, decor by Walid Jaber, fashion and makeup by Mohamed Shaker, lighting design by Ahmed Ali, assistant director Mai Rabie, director Mohamed Toson outlet, and starring the youth of the “Start Your Dream” workshop. With the Alexandria Theater Ensemble and the Actor’s Studio at the Alexandria Creativity Center, the idea of the operetta is inspired by the festival’s slogan this year, which is Laugh for Cinema.
