ESR Amazon Store Capture
While Apple is expected to launch a new iPad lineup in October, accessory maker ESR is selling 10th-generation iPad, 6th-generation 12.9-inch iPad Pro, and 4th-generation 11-inch iPad Pro cases from its Japanese store, foreign media reported. It was reported on the 5th (local time).
The design of the 10th generation iPad registered on the webpage is similar to the 6th generation iPad mini. The touch ID sensor is built into the top button, and the volume control button is located on the right side. The cutout for the camera module is similar to the iPad Air 4 and iPad Air 5.
“The new case is not compatible with previous entry-level iPad models,” ESR said in the product description. This confirms the new design of the 10th generation iPad once once more.
In addition to design changes, the 10th generation iPad is powered by the A14 Bionic chip, which is regarding 30% faster than the A13 Bionic chip installed in the 9th generation model, and is said to be equipped with 5G network support, USB-C port adoption, larger display, and improved camera.
Meanwhile, ESR is also selling cases for the 6th generation 12.9-inch iPad Pro and the 4th generation 11-inch iPad Pro. The design of both products is identical to the previous model, so the case can be used on the previous model as well.
