Last September, in an alley in Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do, a strong man dressed in black walked in drunkenly.

After a while, another man hurriedly runs towards the man who was wandering the alley.

When a man in his 20s got off the taxi without paying regarding 10,000 won, a taxi driver in his 70s followed.

At the request for a fare, the passenger quickly pushes the driver to the other side of the alley.

When the driver barely got up following falling to the floor, a man in his 20s assaulted the driver in the face and head with a cell phone this time.

The driver, the victim, tries to limp and hang following the assailant man who is running away, but to no avail.

Rather, they are dragged by the perpetrator and fall to the floor once more.

The victim shouted, “Help me,” but the person who came out of the surrounding building turned around for a moment and passed by.

Afterwards, another passerby who found the victim collapsed reported it and was only taken to the hospital.

The victim had torn a cornea in her left eye and underwent multiple surgeries, and is suffering from reduced vision and a crisis of blindness.

The male perpetrator in his 20s was arrested by the police who came to his house a few days following the incident, and was sent to the prosecution following being investigated on charges of special assault without detention.
