Lebanon Debate learned that Clarence Qutini, a lawyer from Beirut, submitted his candidacy to the presidency, in accordance with the principle of rotation in power on the basis of equality between the Lebanese without any advantage over the other except in terms of merit and merit, as stated in Article 12 of the Constitution.
He pointed out that, the solution to the governance crisis in Lebanon will not be achieved except by applying the principle of rotation within the constitutional positions, until reaching the stage of balancing the powers and stopping the conflict of powers among them.
