The bereaved family of an official of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries who was killed by North Korean forces in the West Sea said they plan to file a complaint with the prosecution once morest former President Moon Jae-in.
The older brother of the late Lee Dae-jun, Lee Rae-jin, announced on the 5th that he will file a complaint with the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office on the 7th for violating the Board of Audit and Inspection Act on the 7th.
Lee asserts that Moon’s failure to comply with the Board of Audit and Inspection’s request for a written investigation into the assassination was a violation of the Board of Audit and Inspection Act. Lee asserts that former Director Park and former Chief Executive Officer Seo also illegally refused the Board of Audit and Inspection’s request for an attendance investigation.
According to the Board of Audit and Inspection Act, if necessary, the Board of Audit and Inspection may, in addition to the audited institutions under this Act, request the submission of materials or attendance answers. There is a provision stating that if you do not comply with these demands without justifiable reasons, you may be punished.
Earlier, Lee Rae-jin said, “Ex-President Moon said, ‘At the time of the opposition party leader, ‘the ex-president should be investigated without sanctuary,’ and he called for an immediate forced investigation.” You should stop playing with puns on top of that,” he insisted.
