The prices of building materials witnessed a state of discrepancy in the local market, today, Tuesday, 4 October, as the price of investment iron increased slightly, by a few pounds, while the price of Ezz Dekheila steel decreased significantly, and the price of gray cement also decreased by a few pounds.
This comes according to the new update of iron and cement prices in the local price portal of the Information and Decision Support Center in the Council of Ministers.

The price of investment iron rose to 17843.62 pounds per ton, compared to 17,839.36 pounds yesterday.
While the price of Ezz Dekheila Steel continued to decline for the second day in a row, recording 18,050.32 pounds per ton, compared to 18,201.49 pounds yesterday.
The price of gray cement also fell to 1454.5 pounds per ton, compared to 1460.98 pounds yesterday.
In the companies, the price of Beshai iron recorded regarding 18,000 pounds for the lowest price, and 18,100 pounds for the highest price, and the price of Al-Attal iron reached regarding 17,800 pounds per ton.
While the price of Attia iron recorded regarding 17,000 pounds per ton, the price of Sarhan iron reached regarding 17,000 pounds per ton, and the price of Al-Markabi iron recorded regarding 15,750 pounds per ton.
The price of Egyptian iron reached regarding 17,570 pounds per ton, while the price of Komi iron regarding 17,000 pounds per ton.
The price of Maadi steel reached 17,000 pounds per ton, and the Ashry steel price reached 17,100 pounds per ton.
While cement prices recorded regarding 1,480 pounds for reinforced cement, 1,360 pounds for Nasr Cement, and 1,350 tons for Nile Valley cement.
– The price of special cement scored regarding 1,375 pounds for the lowest price, and 1,380 pounds for the highest price.

The price of gypsum from the Suez Company recorded regarding 580 pounds per ton.
The price of gypsum from Al-Ameria company ranged between 650 and 655 pounds per ton.
While the price of gypsum from the International Company ranged between 700 and 710 pounds per ton.
The price of gypsum from the Sinai Stars Al-Mimar Company amounted to regarding 690 pounds per ton.
The price of gypsum from the “Gypsina” factory in Sinai ranged between 850 and 860 pounds per ton.
The price of a square meter of sand ranged from 190 to 250 pounds.
