Bank of Africa digitizes the signing of contracts

Bank of Africa (BOA) announced on Tuesday the digitization of the signing of contracts on “agencedirecte.ma”, now allowing its future customers to open their account remotely without any trip to a branch using technologies at the forefront for customer identification and the signing of distance contracts.

A press release from the group explains that “in a world transformed by technological developments and consumer habits, BANK OF AFRICA reaffirms its ambition to be a benchmark bank in terms of digital innovation and is launching a new version of its Online Bankingagencedirecte.ma”.

This new version offers users a simple account opening process, 100% digital and totally secure to open their account without going to a branch. Thus, thanks to the innovative technologies deployed, the authentication of the future customer is possible via the biometric reading of his CIN and facial recognition.

The customer knowledge interview, traditionally carried out in a branch, is carried out by video call with an e-advisor.

As for the signature of the paper contracts, it is replaced by the electronic signature and this, to allow to finalize the opening of the account on line. Added to this, the possibility of being assisted remotely if necessary by the Agence Directe team 6 days a week over extended time slots.

Through the Agence Directe application, BOA also offers several exclusive formulas at 0 Dh, bringing together the essential banking services necessary, intended to meet the needs of different profiles (Young people, Employees, Civil servants, Seniors, Moroccans living abroad …).

In addition to Agence Directe, BOA offers several online banking platforms: the BMCE Direct application and platform for accessing accounts and subscribing to products and services, the Daba Pay application for mobile payment transactions, the real estate credit platform accessible on credithabitat.ma, the consumer credit platform on creditdaba.ma and the Daba Transfer application for transferring money from Europe to Morocco, making it possible to respond to new customer consumption patterns in search of mobility and instantaneousness in their banking relationships.

Through this new offer, Bank of Africa once once more confirms its position as a bank connected to its environment, capable of adapting to the permanent evolution of technologies by offering at all times tailor-made solutions to all categories of his clients.
