By an interim order, President Vincent Gorini today granted the rapper’s request Booba, Elie Yaffa of his real name, who requested the retraction of the court order having closed his Instagram accounton May 30.
The judge felt that this decision had been made “on an irregular legal basis“. However, he does not grant the request for reinstatement under penalty. Booba said he was the victim of a disproportionate attack on his freedom of expression.
