Sophrology allows, through attention to the body and its sensations, to soothe the intrusive thoughts and emotions that can sometimes overwhelm us. It encourages us to focus our attention on the events and feelings that make us feel good. It is a set of practices carried out during the sessions, which can be reproduced in daily life, thus allowing full autonomy in the management of the delicate moments of our lives. It can be a support in different areas: Stress and anxiety management, memory, attention, pain, self-esteem, quality of life.
These workshops are offered by Actions Treatments and are led by Pascale, sophrologist graduated from the School of Applied Sophrology in Vincennes.
