Emirates News Agency – Saif bin Zayed Academy honors 64 members for obtaining a “First Paramedic” license from the American Heart Association

ABU DHABI, 3rd October / WAM / The Saif bin Zayed Academy for Police and Security Sciences has honored 64 employees of Abu Dhabi Police for obtaining a first paramedic license approved by the American Heart Association following their nomination and qualification from the Academy’s Shared Services Center.

Major General Thani Butti Al Shamsi, Director of the Saif Bin Zayed Academy for Police and Security Sciences, said that the academy followed up the process of evaluating and qualifying candidates in accordance with the established and accurate systems and procedures in order to enhance the efficiency of its affiliates in accordance with the best practices applied globally.

The Director of the Saif bin Zayed Academy for Police and Security Sciences congratulated the holders of a first paramedic license for completing the graduation requirements, and urged them, during the honoring, to follow up on developments in their fields of work and keep abreast of research and scientific developments that enhance their efforts in performing their tasks with high professionalism.

For his part, Major Khamis Abdullah Al-Tamimi, Director of the Academy’s Shared Services Center, explained that the center has made all arrangements to qualify the candidates in coordination with the Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority. Primary (pulmonary resuscitation).
