He kidnapped and abused a 15-year-old boy after offering him a job

A 48-year-old man was arrested in Caracas, as he allegedly kidnapped and sexually abused a 15-year-old boy, following offering him a job to “trick” him.

According to the information revealed by the director of the Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations Corps (Cicpc), Douglas Rico, the man “captured the victim in the Guarataro sector, San Juan parish, Caracas, offering him work.”

But hours later he took him to another place, where he kept him kidnapped and sexually abused him.

His arrest took place at the San Bernardino stop, in front of the Bellas Artes metro station, Libertador municipality, Caracas, and he was left at the disposal of the 22nd Prosecutor of the Public Ministry of the state of Miranda, Valles del Tuy extension, and the 90th Prosecutor of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas.
