A mechanic from Vaud in his thirties has multiplied the offenses relating to road traffic. Repeat offender, he might not benefit from a suspended sentence.

The mechanic returned to legal trouble following a customs check in Bardonnex (GE). He had made available to a driver a registration permit which had to be returned to the authorities.

Between 2012 and 2018, David* was convicted of numerous traffic offences, fraud, forgery in titles. This Swiss mechanic in his thirties has once once more taken legal action.

In 2021, David combines the escapades. First in February, when he made available to an acquaintance some Vaud plates which had to be returned to the Automobile Service. Bad luck, the vehicle is stopped during a customs check at Bardonnex and David is denounced. Then in November, he was arrested at the wheel of a road train, when he did not have the required permit.

Having already been given a suspended sentence several times in the past, the 30-year-old from Vaud might not escape a firm sentence this time. He received a 40-day fine of 30 francs. He also received a fine of 300 francs and the costs of the proceedings were charged to him.
