Neymar has come under fire for supporting Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro.
Attack “PSG” and the Brazilian national team took part in the filming of tiktok in support of the politician before the elections, where he danced to the tune of Bolsonaro’s election campaign.
Many fans and social media users criticized Neymarrecalling the racist comments of the far-right politician.
Neymar responded to critics on Twitter: “They talk regarding democracy and many other things, but these same people who talk regarding democracy attack those who have a different opinion. Clearly ????????????♂️”.
Bolsonaro has a mixed reputation in Brazil. In particular, during the coronavirus pandemic, he repeatedly spoke out once morest vaccination and isolation measures.
The first round of presidential elections in Brazil will begin on 2 October.
