Usually people in adulthood are already aware of this peculiarity and avoid drinking red wine.

The geneticist also notes that it is extremely important to eat before drinking vodka in order to reduce the load on the gastric mucosa. It is worth drinking strong drinks no more than twice a month. Also it is extremely dangerous to drink alcohol for people with chronic diseases especially the kidneys or liver.
– If the liver or kidneys do not cope, then the toxic elements of decay enter the bloodstream, causing toxicity in the body, the geneticist warns. – If we talk regarding the toxic load on the body, then alcohol will be less harmful which contains alcohol in smaller quantities, that is, dry wine. Also, this drink is useful because, unlike vodka, it contains vitamin C, which speeds up the metabolism, contributing to a faster removal of alcohol from the body. But everything is very individual.
