Natacha de Crombrugghe’s parents are in Peru: is the skeleton discovered that of the young Belgian?

According to the journalist of The Republic which quotes Herless Álvarez, spokesperson for the parents of Natacha de Crombrugghe, the latter went to the Institute of Forensic Medicine as a party concerned. Regarding the DNA samples they might provide for the identification of skeletal remains, he explained to The Republic that they had already been collected last July. It will therefore not be necessary to repeat the said procedure.

Natacha de Crombrugghe disappeared on January 24, 2022. A skull, as well as bones were discovered on September 23. The bones are being analyzed.
