The Council of Ministers considered the Kingdom to lead the G20 countries in the flow rate of international tourists arriving during the first seven months of 2022, an increase of 121% compared to the same period in 2019, in continuation of the qualitative leaps in the tourism sector, which provides job opportunities for the people of this country, and represents a cultural bridge for communication with the scientist.

Authorizing the Minister of Culture or his representative to negotiate with the Arab Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization regarding a draft memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the cultural field between the Ministry of Culture in the Kingdom and the organization and to sign it.

Authorizing the Minister of Investment or his representative to negotiate with the Hong Kong side regarding a draft memorandum of understanding between the government of the Kingdom and the government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China to cooperate in the field of direct investment promotion and to sign it.

Authorizing the Minister of Finance or his representative to negotiate with the International Monetary Fund on a draft memorandum of understanding between the Kingdom’s government and the Fund regarding the establishment of a regional office for the Fund in the Kingdom, and supporting the Fund in the field of capacity development and signing it.
Fifth:
Authorizing the Minister of Health or his representative to discuss with the Moroccan side a draft memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Health in the Kingdom and its Moroccan counterpart for cooperation in health fields and to sign it.
Sixthly:
Approval of the system for the use of security surveillance cameras.
Seventh:
Creating an educational visa (long-term), granted to students, researchers and experts, for purposes including academic study, research visit, and creating an educational visa (short-term) granted to students, researchers and visiting trainees, for purposes including language study, training, participation in short programs, and student exchange programs .
The holder of the educational visa (long-term) and the holder of the educational visa (short-term) are exempted from the statutory requirement to provide a sponsor.
