Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, a spokesman for the Ministry of Health, confirmed that the presidential initiatives have caused a boom in the health service in Egypt, and among the things that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi directed to increase financial stimulus packages for the medical team, doctors and nurses in general.
Hossam Abdel Ghaffar revealed, in a phone call to the “Life Today” program, with the media, Muhammad Mustafa Sherdy, on Al-Hayat channel, that the financial package, if implemented, would achieve a large part of the financial stability of the medical team, saying: “There are a group of incentive financial packages from When it is implemented soon, it will raise the total income of the medical team.”
He continued, “This package will be on total income, not salaries, and will be applied in a way that achieves a large part of the financial stability of the medical team, and these are things that President Sisi cares greatly to achieve financial stability for the medical team so that he can implement a good health service.”
He continued, “In our indicators, and the study was presented to President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, he directed to expedite implementation with the Ministry of Finance to implement it. We have clear numbers, but we postpone announcing them.”
