The RFU reacted to the refusal of five employees to return to Russia from Kyrgyzstan – 27.09.2022

The reaction of representatives of the organization is reported by RIA Novosti.

The decision of the RFU employees became known earlier on September 27. The players and coaches of the team flew back.

At the same time, the Mutko Against Telegram channel clarifies that employees who did not return to Russia flew away on vacation. “In the coming weeks, everyone plans to return to work,” the source said.

Earlier, Russian football players defeated the team of Kyrgyzstan with a score of 2:1. Goals were scored by Daniil Utkin and Alexander Sobolev, who converted a penalty. It was the first international match of the national team in ten months.

On September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the start of a partial mobilization. Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu specified that a total of 300,000 reservists are planned to be called up.
