Purslane grows among the weeds, and no human intervention has taken place in its cultivation. It is one of the “chemical” plants that greatly help in killing cancer and definitively eliminating cholesterol. It is also known as “purslane or purslane.”

He explained that one of the chemists conducted a study on the effect of watercress or purslane on the levels of fats in the blood until they reached a generalization of the benefit of watercress in reducing the proportion of fats and levels of harmful cholesterol (LDL) by a high percentage, as well as triglycerides.
He added that eating purslane does not lead to any side effects, and therefore has a positive effect on lipid levels and lipid metabolism disorder, noting that purslane is very rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and flavonoids that destroy all toxic and dangerous cells in the body.
