Some feel general pain in the body as soon as they wake up before even moving out of bed. This may happen as a result of not getting enough hours of sleep, but it may indicate a more serious health problem.

Arthritis occurs with age, or as a result of an unhealthy lifestyle or other health problems, and immunity may be another factor in arthritis, these infections cause many unpleasant symptoms such as general pain in the body that increases in the morning and when entering sleep It causes a number of other symptoms, which are as follows:
Swelling, warmth, or redness around the joint
Inability to move the joint
Stiffness in the joints in the morning
Feeling uncomfortable
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Chronic fatigue syndrome is a condition that causes a person to feel constantly tired and weak, with no permanent feeling of well-being. Chronic fatigue syndrome can also cause pain in muscles and joints throughout the body, and there is no clear cause for them to develop. Other symptoms include:
Difficulty sleeping
– Sore throat
– headache
Trouble remembering or thinking
– dizziness
fibromyalgia
Fibromyalgia is a condition in which the entire body, including the muscles and bones, can feel fatigue, pain and sensitivity. The cause of fibromyalgia is uncertain, but exposure to psychological trauma may be a cause, and research has indicated that women are more susceptible to it, and the most prominent symptoms are:
– Trouble sleeping
Sensitivity to light or sound
Stiffness, especially in the morning
Trouble remembering or thinking
Tingling sensation in hands and feet
