Today, Monday, the Al-Masry Club of Port Said announced the start of the implementation of the project for its new stadium, under the supervision of the Ministry of Sports.
The Egyptian club said in a statement on its official page on the social networking site “Facebook”, “The attribution contract for the project to build the new stadium for the Egyptian club was signed at the headquarters of the General Office of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the new administrative capital.”
He added, “The signing came in the presence of Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports, Major General Staff Harb Adel Al-Ghadban, Governor of Port Said, Mr. Kamel Abu Ali, Chairman of the Club’s Board of Directors, Dr. Mahmoud Hussein, Chairman of the Youth and Sports Committee in the House of Representatives, Engineer Hani Dahi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wadi El-Nile Contracting Company, and Mr. Abdel-Fattah Hafez, Undersecretary of the Ministry.” Youth and Sports in Port Said.
He continued, “It was completely agreed that Wadi El-Nile Contracting Company would immediately undertake the construction of the stadium, and that the project would be implemented according to the new designs prepared by Kamel Abu Ali, provided that the first phase of the project would be the stadium construction phase.”
