The Federal Notarial Chamber exempted people called up for military service in connection with the announcement of partial mobilization from paying for a number of socially significant notarial acts.
Free of charge, you can issue powers of attorney for the disposal of property, transactions, issuance of consents of legal representatives, guardians, trustees for legally significant actions for minor children and a number of other actions that mobilized people may now need.
“Citizens called up for military service by mobilization will be able to receive the notarial actions they need out of turn at any notary office in the country upon presentation of the summons of the military commissariat,” the press service of the Federal Notary Chamber said.
To provide services on weekends, it was proposed to organize notary offices in the regions on duty.
