Retired soldiers managed to enter the House of Representatives and the security forces took them out

The correspondent of “Al-Nashra” in the House of Representatives stated that “the issue of increasing the salaries of public sector employees and retirees three times has not been approved until now, pending the response of the Ministry of Finance regarding the amendment of the numbers.”

On the other hand, she pointed out that “a number of retired soldiers were able to enter the parliament, but the security forces managed to get them out.”

On a related level, a force from the Lebanese army arrived at Nejmeh Square, to support the Parliament Police and the security forces, where frictions were recorded between the demonstrators and the security forces, who tried to remove them from the scene, and this coincided with the presence of Representative Cynthia Zarazer, who was pushed as a result of the friction between the security forces and the demonstrators. .
Some of the demonstrators slept on the ground, to prevent an attempt to dislodge them.

The retired soldiers appealed to the demonstrators, the army chief, to come down to the ground and listen to their demands, and work to achieve them in fairness.
