Training 30 health practitioners on acceptance and commitment therapy

The National Center for Mental Health Promotion organized the first course of acceptance and commitment therapy, in the presence of 30 trainees at the center’s headquarters in Riyadh.

The course aims to identify the model of acceptance and commitment therapy, and the uses of acceptance and commitment therapy, in addition to learning the basic values ​​in acceptance and commitment therapy and applying and practicing the skills of the course and the ability to clinical evaluation following passing it.

By organizing such training programs, the Center seeks to provide health practitioners with the necessary skills to deal with pathological conditions in the field of mental health, as well as keep abreast of the latest scientific programs that promote mental health.
