Fourth: Our town, Ras Osta, was once an example of good neighborliness, and it is the neighbor of St. Charbel. The visitors to this edifice are its visitors.
Fifth: We call upon all media outlets to be careful and careful, to prevent the hands of sedition and evil from tampering with the security of the country of Byblos and distorting the image of coexistence among its other sons.
