Abu Dhabi: Heavy fog was experienced in different parts of the UAE on Sunday morning. A warning has been issued in the country, including coastal areas. The Meteorological Center has also issued a warning for interior areas.

The National Meteorological Center has issued red and yellow alerts. The maximum speed limit on roads has been changed. The police warned that the instructions shown on the electronic sign boards should be strictly followed and the vehicles should drive safely according to the speed limit shown on it. Dubai Police asked people to be cautious on Al Ain-Dubai road through social media. The police have advised to be careful on the main roads.

After seeing the fog, the intense heat experienced in the UAE has reduced. According to the National Meteorological Center, the temperature will drop to 26 degrees Celsius in Abu Dhabi and 27 degrees Celsius in Dubai. Police informed that the speed limit will be 80 km per hour on Al Ain – Dubai Road, Al Bada – Nahil Road and Swaihan Road.
