The ravages of cosmetic surgery among celebrities, a subject often discussed on television shows. This Saturday, September 24, Matthieu Delormeau returned to this still strong theme in TPMP People. And to testify to her catastrophic experience, the flagship singer of the 90s Indra was the guest of the C8 show.
Without detour, the one who provided the first part of Prince in Paris in 1992 returned to her appalling experience: “I didn’t do cosmetic surgery, I did cosmetic medicine, it’s different”she first confided before relocating: “I had already done a first time in 2005, it had gone very well but I was very surprised, I had the impression that my head was floating above my head. I felt suspended“.
Then, the singer got to the heart of the matter by recounting her Botox injection which turned into a nightmare. “In 2006, I made some supplements, I found myself a little weighed down. I said to myself ‘I’m going back to him, he’s going to improve all that for me’. Catastrophe, three days later when it started to take effect, I remember very well, I was sitting in front of the TV and I smell ‘Pam! Pam!’, two explosions behind the head. I said to myself that I was having a stroke… And I felt a sliding and a heaviness of the whole face which was blocked at the bottom. I was flabbergasted. I didn’t even dare to go back to the doctor, I felt ashamed”she explained.
A month later, the Swedish artist finally decides to go back to see the doctor who injected him with cortisone to treat these terrible effects. But once more, Indra found herself in a predicament: “It started with knots, I saw the forehead with sorts, contractions. I remember, I was lying in the park and I smell ‘Pam! Pam!’, the rubber bands that go the other way. Terrible. And then, it starts to flow from the nose, water, water, water, I had nothing left, I felt empty of the face”. The 55-year-old star had already mentioned this failed experiment last July in What have they become ? on TFX while the show was interested in “Stars aux hits d’un jour”.
