The Environmental Protection Agency reminded that according to the monitoring data and the meteorological data of the Meteorological Bureau at 10:00 this morning, the northeasterly wind may carry a small amount of foreign ozone and affect Taiwan today. Among them, the southern part of the central region is located in the downwind, and the pollutants are easy to accumulate. The ozone concentration is slightly higher due to the influence of chemical effect.
The Environmental Protection Agency predicts that some northern regions will reach the orange alert level today, the central region, Yunjianan, Gaoping, Matsu, and Penghu will also have an orange alert level, and Kinmen will have a red alert level.
In addition, the Environmental Protection Agency also reminded that the area south of the central part will still be located downwind tomorrow, and pollutants are easy to accumulate. In the followingnoon, due to photochemical effects, the ozone concentration will be slightly higher. Except for Zhumiao, Yilan, and Huadong, the air quality is good, and the northern area is good. In addition to the ordinary level, the central, Yunjianan, and Gaoping areas are still at the orange reminder level.

The western half of the area is located on the leeward side, with poor diffusion conditions and easy accumulation of pollutants.
