Despite its efforts, Rétrobus was unable to store all its vehicles in its three historic halls. A standoff began with the municipality of Moudon in 2015, so that the vehicles disappear. But even the creation of a fourth hall this spring did nothing. Buses kept passing. Finally, following many legal proceedings, “the Court of Administrative and Public Law (CDAP) decided, in a judgment delivered on June 30, 2022, that the Municipality might destroy all the buses parked outside, or which might be in the future, the RetroBus halls (Grand-Pré, Pussaz, Bressonaz and Pré-Bryand)”. On September 8, RétroBus appealed once morest this decision to the Federal Court and asked for suspensive effect.
