The Central Meteorological Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation observed today that the tropical depression located on the southern sea of Japan intensified into a light Taiwan Talas at 8:00 a.m., but the development environment is poor, and it is predicted that it will move toward Japan in the future and will have no direct impact on Taiwan.

The generation of Talas light platform has no direct impact on Taiwan

The Bureau of Meteorology said Talas was heading north-northeast at 25 kilometers per hour. The central pressure is 998 hPa, the maximum speed near the center is 18 meters per second, and the instantaneous maximum gust is 25 meters per second. It is predicted that the future movement towards Japan will have no direct impact on Taiwan.

Another tropical depression located in the eastern sea of the Philippines has a relatively solid structure and favorable environment for development. It may form a typhoon in the evening and tomorrow. It is estimated that it will head west to Luzon Island. It will have no direct impact on Taiwan in the short term. Due to the small circulation of the tropical system , only if the future travel path is northerly, it may bring some moisture to Taiwan, but it is still uncertain and needs to be observed.

It is predicted that there will be two stations in Taiwan, one in the south and one in the north, but neither has a direct impact.
