The Utah Jazz are apparently close to a trade from Bojan Bogdanovic. The 33-year-old small forward is set to join the Detroit Pistons in a trade for Kelly Olynyk and Saben Lee. This is reported by Adrian Wojnarowski ESPN.
Bogdanovic would be the third top-class jazz departure this summer following Rudy Gobert (Minnesota Timberwolves) and Donovan Mitchell (Cleveland Cavaliers).
The Croatian averaged 18.1 points per game last season. Throughout his career, he sank 39 percent of his three-pointers. This is exactly where the shoe pinches with the Pistons. Detroit was the second-worst team in the NBA last season with 32.6 percent of three-pointers hit.
Bogdanovic joined Salt Lake City from the Indiana Pacers in 2019. In seven seasons with the Jazz, Pacers, Wizards and Nets, he averaged 15 points and 3.6 rebounds per game.
