AMD Radeon Senior Vice President and General Manager Scott Herkelman tweeted the official release date for AMD RDNA3.
“AMD RDNA3 release date is November 3rd, more to come,” he posted. Interestingly, the post was mentioned two hours before the announcement of the NVIDIA RTX 40 series.
The RDNA3 performance known so far is that the performance per watt is improved by 50%, and it is known that the RX 7000 series graphics card will be applied with a multi-chip module design.
In addition, by applying the next-generation Infinity Cache along with the TSMC 5nm (expected) process, performance is predicted to be up to 2 times faster than the existing RDNA2 graphics.
