The “Sakani” program announced the launch of regarding 3,000 new free land in 8 housing schemes in 5 regions, as part of the housing solutions and options that can be booked online.
The program said that the plans include 2,957 plots of land in Riyadh, Sharqiya, Madinah and Munawwarah, Makkah and Asir.
He indicated that 3 of the schemes are in the Riyadh region; Two of them are in Dawadmi with a total of 109 lands, and a scheme in Thadeq includes 77 lands, and the eastern region has two schemes in the Olaya village that provide 406 lands.
He added that the Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah region includes one scheme located in Al-Mahd Governorate and includes 713 lands, in addition to one scheme in Taif in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, which includes 749 lands, while the Asir region includes a scheme in the Uhud Rafaida governorate that provides 903 lands.
Sakani explained that all the lands in these schemes are available for electronic reservation by entering the program’s electronic portal, then choosing “residential solutions”, then clicking on the “free residential lands” option and choosing the appropriate scheme.
