Thomas GIGI finally gave clarification following slamming the bass during a gig with Ahmad Dhani.
This was known when Ahmad Dhani tried to contact Thomas via telephone as seen in several uploads on TikTok.
“Yes, why are so many people asking why you slam the bass like that? A lot of people talk regarding that,” asked Ahmad Dhani, seen by detikcom, Tuesday (20/9/2022).

“Yes, I don’t know, why did it become viral and crowded. I also don’t know, the impression is that I hate you, even though for God’s sake I don’t,” explained Thomas once more.
Thomas said that at the time he had an appointment with Rendy, only the bass cable was short and caught, causing him to be annoyed.
“So at that time I made an appointment with Rendy and I forgot that my cable was short, you know. It got stuck,” he said once more.
Meanwhile, through his YouTube channel, Ahmad Dhani uploaded a video when he met Thomas in person at a music festival in Bandung.
The two of them didn’t talk much at the time. Just laughing when talking regarding slamming the bass that once captured the attention of netizens.
“Eh, but really, netizens are my goodness. Until I mute that’s because (a lot of) people are asking,” said Thomas.
“So what?” asked Budjana who was there.
“That’s a slamming bass. Even though I’ve also been with Budjana like that,” said Thomas.
“When?” asked Budjana.
“Well, where was that time,” said Thomas.
“Well, he won’t know, ah,” joked Ahmad Dhani.
“Eh, but it’s really your energy that makes it viral,” said Thomas, laughing.
Thomas also answered netizens’ questions regarding his relationship with Ahmad Dhani following the incident. Because some thought that the bassist was really angry.
“Let alone ordinary people or netizens, we are friends who think he is really angry,” said Armand Maulana.
The confession made Thomas laugh. He explained that there was absolutely no problem whatsoever with Ahmad Dhani.
“No, no (no problem),” said Thomas on the same occasion.
“But really, many people think it’s really angry. The problem is that Thomas didn’t talk to us following the incident,” said Armand Maulana.
Thomas Ramdhan who heard the statement laughed. He said there was absolutely no problem with Ahmad Dhani.
