After the death of the artist, George Al-Rassi, in a horrific traffic accident on the factory road, his sister Nadine disappeared from view, so that she is not present much on the social media and only appears to express her sadness and longing for her beloved.
Since Nadine does not answer calls by herself, “Al-Jaras” has contacted her son, Mark Hadchiti, who has not left her for a moment since George’s departure.
Mark said that his mother suffers from anorexia, as she did not eat for 8 days following George’s departure, and was living on tranquilizers and medication to help her sleep so that she might overcome everything that happened to her that day.
Regarding Nadine’s health, Mark said that the shock she received made her lose her appetite and stop eating completely, which led him to give her doses of vitamins that she needs every 3 days, and one session does not exceed two hours.
Mark added that his mother suffers from very severe anemia, but these vitamins, which she takes once every 3 days, help her improve the strength of her body more, especially since her pressure also decreases from time to time.
Mark confirmed that Nadine, following taking vitamins under the supervision of the Ministry of Health, her health became better and began to eat, even in a very small amount, but she does not eat any kind of food that George was eating, and she did not even take a shower in the first week following she saw his uncle George in the coffin and he was the one who adored water and sea.
Mark said that Nadine will come back stronger than she was before.
How did you receive the news of George’s death? Mark replied, “My mother had her heart sensitive for a year. She had been warning George regarding everything, but a week before my uncle’s departure, my mother suffered from insomnia and might not sleep, and her heart was hurting her and he always warned her.”
Mark continued: “I was with my mother in Faraya, but at dawn she insisted on returning to her home, and at seven o’clock she received a call from a female media person, she did not answer at first, and she called me at the loudest voice, Mark. The car then completely lost her nerve, did not feel her body and might not walk due to the severity of the trauma she experienced that day.”
