Litoral Gas worked in the center in an active and controlled leak

A Litoral Gas crew worked on Monday night following registering a gas leak in San Juan between San Martín and the Barón de Mauá cut, a leak that was “active and controlled,” according to the operators.

As they specified, they still had to drill a hole in the sidewalk, in the area of ​​the roof of the underground parking lot, and they estimated that the leak would be controlled at approximately 10 p.m.

From Litoral Gas they specified that the gas leak occurred this Monday followingnoon during a scheduled repair in San Juan 1030. “A crew from Litoral Gas secured the area and is working on the spot,” they indicated, in addition to remarking that traffic was cut off.

“We registered an active leak in a service, we are going to have to plug to find the leak,” said one of the operators, adding that they were “breaking to be able to reach the network and make the final repairs.”

He stressed, in dialogue with El Tres TV, that the work was complicated because they had to “weld two points on the network with a lot of interference.”
