Coincidence played a major role in her presence in one season with 3 films at once, and each of them presented a different character, and each of them achieved extraordinary success at the public level, whether inside or outside Egypt.. It is the artist Hoda Al-Mufti who puzzled the audience with her when They saw her in “Kira Waljen”, “Bahebak” and “Uncle” with three different and varied characters, to the point that they made many comparisons between those characters, and she confirmed in her interview with “Al Arabiya.net” that she was afraid of the idea of showing her 3 works. At the same time, noting that the matter came by chance, and that each work had circumstances in its filming and scenes.
Haven’t you worried regarding the idea of being in 3 jobs at once?
The truth is, I was terrified and not just anxious or nervous. I was afraid that the audience would not like the characters that I presented. The three films are different and successful, and the truth is that no matter how much we try to develop a plan of action, and arrange to show the films in which we participate, what is happening on the ground is completely different, Things do not move the way we think, for by chance, the movie “Kira Waljen” that we have been working on for two and a half years, and also the movie “Them Uncle” that we have been working on since last summer, and the movie “Bahebak” that attracted me to the script when it was shown to me, I cannot say No to Tamer Hosni’s participation in a movie, and the coincidence is that the three works with different start dates are shown at the same time, and therefore following showing the films in one season, I took leave from the works that I had presented.

“Kira Waljen” is an unusual cinematic work, so how were you nominated to work in it?
It is a different movie in the history of Egyptian cinema, and I am happy that I was part of its work team. As for my nomination, the director’s office, Marwan Hamed, contacted me to present an audition in the movie “Kira Waljen”, and the role that I will play during the work was not determined at the time, and indeed I tried The performance is without any questions. Any artist wishes to work with director Marwan Hamed, and that the role that I embody will present me in the best form. I am in safe hands, and the truth is that working with director Marwan Hamed is very interesting, and I learned a lot from him on the human and artistic level, and when he settled on participation At work, I started watching more than one documentary, to get acquainted with the period in which the film is taking place.
Is the character you are presenting in the 1919 novel or is it updated?
It is present in the novel, but in a different way, as some events were added, and some were deleted, to be completely different from what was stated in the novel.
Marwan Hamed always makes his team work and prepares before filming, so did this happen with the character “Narges”?
Certainly, following working sessions separate from the work team, and with all the work team to put all the details of the character of “Narges”, director Marwan Hamed assigned me, a belly dance coach, and I trained for a month before shooting the movie. The eyes, the face and the shoulders, the character was originally inspired by the Carioca salute because she was with the resistance once morest the British, and I wanted to do dances while I put the candlestick on my head, but the staff prevented me from doing so for fear of causing a fire on the set, as Marwan Hamed worked with me on the sound layer. , to graduate in a certain way, and he was very interested in this aspect, I don’t think I would do such a character following that even if it was the same profession, surely it will be different.

I collaborated with Tamer Hosny for the first time through the movie “I Love You”… so tell us regarding it
Indeed, this was the first cooperation that brought me together, and I enjoyed working with him a lot. I found that he is a human being and has high morals. He feels everyone around him, and I can talk to him at any time regarding many things. For example, if I feel tired or exhausted, it is possible To tell him that I am tired or not currently ready to shoot this scene. The most important thing for him was for everyone to be in a state of comfort when working on filming the movie. In fact, during the filming of the movie, I never found him to have a loud voice on the set, unless he was laughing. Time creates a state of comedy, laughter and joking in the atmosphere.
How did you get involved in the movie?
A person from Tamer Hosni contacted me, and it was a very strange call. They told me, Professor Tamer Hosni wants to meet you for a job, and indeed I went and sat with him and we talked regarding everything, and we did not talk regarding any work at all throughout that session, and I found myself saying in my secret when Will he tell me regarding work? And following I got home following this interview, they called me and told me Professor Tamer Hosni wants to meet you within half an hour in a meeting, and I went and then he spoke to me regarding the whole story of the movie and I liked it very much, and he told me I want you to play the role of Yasmine, and I met you first myself because I expected that I would meet a person and I met Another person, I like to get to know people first and get to know their personality.
One of the most famous scenes in the movie “Uncle” was the jump in the Nile, especially since it did not exist as mentioned in the text?
Indeed, this scene was increased, and I told them at the time that I do not like going into the water, because it was a scene that was repeated in many of the works that I presented, and I tried to cancel the scene, but unfortunately I might not do that, and I remember that while I was on the way to film the scene, all thoughts were black I was overwhelmed by the idea of schistosomiasis and I was terrified, and when I entered and read the Qur’an, I kept telling myself that Muhammad Imam would also come down with water and certainly they would not sacrifice it, and I remembered that Karim Abdel Aziz and Mona Zaki jumped into the Nile in the movie “Abu Ali” and the movie “Shaitan Island” I imagine It was all in the sea, and I prepared myself and put on a diving suit, and found the production team. They asked me to take a certain medicine and I found that it was written on it to prevent tapeworm and schistosomiasis, I collapsed and kept crying and told them that I would not jump in the water, suddenly I found Muhammad Imam trying to calm me down for an hour and a half , and I was shivering with fear, and I found him telling me I will also take medicine, so I asked him to take an injection that would be antiseptic, he told me following we got out of the water. We filmed the scene, and the next day I was in an evening with my friends and I found a call from Muhammad Imam, his voice was strange, and he told me that he had a stomach flu and a fever, and he was reassuring me that I had not had anything wrong.
Do you see yourself lucky?
Frankly, yes.. but at the same time I made a great effort to succeed and prove myself, and I still have many challenges ahead.
How do you rate your relationship with “Social Media”?
I am not satisfied with posting my photos on “Social Media” and my technical news, but I try to use these sites to raise awareness, so if I know information I would like to share it with others.
How do you deal with criticism?
If it is constructive criticism, I deal with it with open arms, but sometimes I receive silly and negative comments and have to block their owners, and sometimes people interfere in my life in a provocative and unwanted manner. I do not like anyone interfering in my personal life, or talking regarding me in an unacceptable manner and inappropriate.
You also have a movie called “Naji” with the artist Mohamed Al-Sharnoubi… Tell us regarding it?
The movie “Naji” was under the title “Al-Fanar” and it was changed, so I promise the audience that they will see a different work, with a romantic story, we were keen to make it distinct from other similar stories, especially that Al-Sharnoubi and I worked together in more than one work, so we made sure that the work was This time is different, it is a black romance.
