Launched a little earlier in the month, the Early Access of Disney Dreamlight Valley, the sim-life of the firm with big ears, is already a hit with players.
A Sim-Life in the Disney universe
For those who missed the mark, Disney Dreamlight Valley presents itself as a sim-life that shares many similarities with Animal Crossingwith a framework of kingdoms inspired by Disney licenses. The goal is to create your character and settle in a village that you will have to fill with characters like Mickey and his friends, but also many others. The idea is to create your own little world with your favorite licenses and to shape a village in your image in a game where resource collection and customization are at the heart of the experience.
Early access, currently paid, will give way to a free-to-play version during the next year. The app should work on a Season Pass system offering several cosmetics and resources. While waiting for the free-to-play version, it seems that many players have already launched an assault on the Early Access of Gameloft’s title.

Early Access obliges, Disney Dreamlight Valley should quickly be enriched with content in the future. We criticized it for a certain redundancy during our test. Gameloft has already planned to renew the interest of players with the upcoming arrival of a new kingdom inspired by Toy Story.
