Prosecutors also said that Bae delivered to Kim the hormone pills he had received from an employee of the Gyeonggi Provincial Office’s secretariat, who was the informant of the case. In addition, the indictment also included in the indictment an act of donating 78,000 won worth of meals to three Democratic Party officials using a Gyeonggi corporate card at the direction of Mr. Kim in August of last year.
