Pregnancy and the postpartum period are the times of greatest physical and psychological change in a woman’s life. You will hear a lot that women who want to give birth are in their twenties and that the thirties are not the best time to give birth.
Childbirth in the twenties used to be a lot easier. But there have been many social changes. This is a time when girls excel in education and have more opportunities for it, as well as opportunities to work following marriage.
At this time, childbearing in their twenties is out of the question for many. However, childbirth in the thirties is a major concern. Childbirth in thirties is nothing to worry regarding. Pregnancy and childbirth always involve some ‘risk’ at any age.

Also, the risk of caesarean section may increase. There may also be cases where the baby loses its life during pregnancy. The probability of this is also relatively high. So the possibility of that should not be ruled out.
By taking care of your health, getting vitamins and other nutrients, exercising, doing things that make you happy, and controlling your weight, many of the complications of pregnancy following thirty-five can be avoided. The most important thing is to have a very positive attitude towards yourself. Understand that this can have a huge impact on health.
