The Social Housing and Real Estate Finance Support Fund announced the opening of reservations for fully-finished housing units, as part of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s initiative “Housing for All Egyptians 3” for low- and middle-income citizens.
The fund added that the terms of reference, payment of the seriousness of reservation, and administrative expenses are purchased through automated post offices in the cities and governorates in which housing units are offered, starting from Sunday, September 25, 2022, until Saturday, October 1, 2022 for citizens with special needs only, and as of Sunday, October 2, 2022, until Thursday, October 27, 2022, for all citizens, including people with special needs.
The Fund added that one of the most important areas in which the units are offered is the New 6th of October City; Where the apartments are located in the west area of the airport.
Those wishing to apply are wondering regarding the location of the West Airport area and where New October City is located.
The West Airport area is located at the end of the new 6th of October City, which belongs to Giza Governorate. The West Airport area is approximately 30 kilometers from Hosary Square and approximately 37 kilometers from Mall of Egypt. The Hosary Mosque and Mall of Egypt are among the most important landmarks of the old city of 6 October before it was built. It is divided into two zones; The first became October Gardens City and the second became New October City.
The area west of the airport was called; It is close to October Air Airport, which is 12 kilometers away.
