STEYR.
At the Mobility Day of the City of Steyr, everything revolved around the topics of mobility and public transport. In addition to the Steyrer Stadtbetriebe SBS, which showed their services to all interested parties and exhibited buses “hands on”, dealers in electric vehicles also presented their products.
There was also a charity cycle on ergometers, with a total of 124 kilometers being cycled, 15 kilometers of which were run by Rene Schwinghammer alone. City Councilor for Sport Christian Baumgarten also did his bit for a good cause and pedaled hard. Vzbg. Michael Schodermayr was then delighted to receive a check for 600 euros for Volkshilfe Steyr. Numerous visitors also took part in the skill-slow cycling organized by the Steyrer-Radlobby.
There was also a competition, with a city bus annual ticket worth 365 euros being raffled off as the main prize.
The Steyr city buses might be used free of charge on the mobility day. In addition, weekly and monthly tickets were booked at the Stadtbetriebe Steyr stand with a discount of 10 percent.
