Mars Middle East and Africa has strengthened its partnership with Anghami to celebrate women and empower them to achieve their dreams and ambitions, and support the next generation of ambitious young women in the region, by launching the song “We Choose”, which comes as a continuation of the joint cooperation between Galaxy and Anghami Chocolate, which began last year through a song “I choose”, which was a resounding success.
With the participation of a group of emerging artists, Galaxy Chocolate announced its intention to continue its efforts in supporting and empowering women by launching the song “We Choose.” With more than one artist.
Melissa Kanaan, Regional Director of Galaxy Brand at Mars Middle East and Africa, said: “This campaign comes as part of our continuous efforts to empower women and support them in their choices and opinions, while at the same time spreading joy and fun, which are the core values that we adopt in the Galaxy brand. Marita El Hellani, the award-winning Lebanese singer, sang more than 20 songs, the last of which was “We Choose”. Al-Halani, who is collaborating for the first time with Galaxy Chocolate, said: “The song (We Choose) reflects the essence of my personality and confirms my support for Arab women, and I hope that happiness and love prevail among everyone, especially women. A woman’s pride in her career and her celebration of her choices requires great courage from her, and we seek through this song to express our gratitude to all women.”
Also participating in the campaign for the first time is the artist Donia Wael, the singer, writer and composer residing in Egypt, who released her first songs in 2020, and then achieved wide fame through Tik Tok and YouTube.
Donia said: “As a rising artist, I am happy to include my voice in the song (We Choose). I am honored to collaborate with such a distinguished and feminist brand as Galaxy Chocolate, thus influencing Arab women and expressing their voices.”

The famous Lebanese video clip director, Engy Gamal, was contracted to direct the song “We Choose”.
