Patna: The video of the horrifying ordeal of a thief who tried to steal a passenger’s wallet and mobile phone through the window of a train is now going viral. He tried to grab the passenger’s purse and mobile by hanging on the window of the train. But then something happened that the thief never dreamed of.
Seeing the thief’s hand reaching out, another passenger grabbed his hands and was unable to catch him. Meanwhile, the train moved forward. He had to travel 15 km hanging on the train. He was apologizing for his mistake by hanging for so long. Even though the thief cried that his hand would run away and he would die, the passengers refused to leave. Finally, following reaching Khagaria station, he was handed over to the railway police. The thief’s name is Pankaj Kuman. He was arrested and put in jail.
This video from Bihar is going viral on social media. Robberies through train windows are common there. The incident took place near Sahebpur Kamal station when the train was regarding to end its journey from Begusarai to Khagaria. An attempt was made to grab the purse through the window.
