No less than 500 residential units will be offered to nature and leisure lovers for an investment of around $700 million at the end of the project, in six or seven years, if everything goes as planned, Kheng Ly mentioned at a press conference. , founder, president and CEO of the Brivia Group. “We are offering future buyers the opportunity to live in the mountains, right on the ski slopes and close to golf courses,” he said.

The project was designed according to the “ski in/ski out” model with the creation of privileged access to the slopes of Station Tremblant via the Le Soleil lift.

The first two phases consist of a combination of mountain homes, townhouses and condos. The Hymne des Trembles will be laid out on a 14-hectare site. The first phase will have 64 units, while 15 more are planned for phase 2.

The first units will go on sale in mid-October at a starting price of $950,000. Delivery is scheduled for April 2024.

Wood and rock are the two materials that will be favored in the construction of dwellings. “For us, social acceptability is a priority. It is a project that will be carried out with respect for nature and the mountains. We have met all the requirements set by the City of Mont-Tremblant,” said Mr. Ly to reporters.

“The launch of this development is a concrete and mobilizing step for the development of Versant Soleil,” said Patrice Malo, President and Chief Operating Officer of Station Tremblant, which is a partner in this project. Through its positioning, this project will offer new accommodation options in the heart of nature while taking advantage of the best Mont-Tremblant has to offer.”
