Exclusive translation: The US Food and Drug Administration has decided to recall a “Starbucks”-branded drink from 7 US states, due to the possibility of metal parts in the bottles.
The draw includes a Starbucks Vanilla Espresso Triple Shot, which is sold in 15-ounce bottles and manufactured by PepsiCo, according to CBS News.
And 221 cases of drinks sold in retail stores will be recalled in the following states, “Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Oklahoma, Texas.”
For its part, PepsiCo did not respond to the US Food and Drug Administration statement, but a spokesperson for the brand said that the affected bottles have the best production date, and are usable until March 20, 2023.
